Statement of Faith

CCM is founded upon the following doctrinal statements, which counselors and trustees of this organization must wholeheartedly believe:

The Bible: We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the only inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God; as such, it is fully trustworthy, and the sufficient and final authority in all matters of faith and life.

The Holy Trinity: We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ: We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

Salvation: We believe that each member of the human race is fallen, sinful, and lost, and that only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can sinners become children of God. We believe that God forgives believers through the efficacy of Christ's substitutionary death, and justifies them not on the basis of their own personal merit or worthiness, but only on the ground of Christ's imputed righteousness, received by faith alone.

Sanctification: We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells and gives life to believers, enabling them to understand and apply the Scriptures, empowering them for repentance and godly living, and equipping them for service and witness.

Resurrection and Judgment: We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the eternal blessedness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.

The Church: We believe in the spiritual unity of all who have trusted in God's provision of our Lord Jesus Christ, throughout all time and in all places.
