Andrew & Dawna Selle

“Our most important qualification is this:  we are sinners saved by God’s grace who know the transforming power of the Gospel—for individuals, marriages, families, communities, and nations!  In comparison with Christ’s glory, all the biographical info below fades to nothing.”

ANDREW SELLE has been counseling people in need for over thirty years, starting with his training and doctoral studies at the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF) in Glenside, PA.  In 1997, he founded Christian Counseling & Mediation, a ministry of biblical counseling and conciliation. He has specialized training in conflict resolution, and is an ordained minister in an evangelical presbyterian church. Over the years, church and community leaders have expressed their trust in his counsel and have referred many people to him.  He has taught in various settings and serves with his wife as a peacemaker for churches, Christian leaders, families, and married couples.

DAWNA SELLE is a trained Christian conciliator and counselor, often serving together with Andrew in marriage counseling, conciliation, and seminars.  As a teacher, Dawna has worked in many settings, having taught in public school, Christian school, home-education, and women’s retreats.  She is also a skilled musician who teaches piano privately and serves as a church pianist and choir director.

Both Dawna and Andrew have a heart for the world-wide church.  They have traveled together twice to Riga, Latvia, where Andy taught graduate courses at Baltic Reformed Theological Seminary (BRTS), training future church leaders in this strategic region.  In 2017, they went to Indonesia to teach on biblical counseling topics and conflict resolution at a Christian university, theological seminary, and a K-12 Christian school.  During the pandemic they taught a remote course at BRTS (“Sufferers, Sinners, and Saints:  An Overview of Christian Counseling”).  At the request of local church leaders, this year they plan to return to Latvia to teach a course, "Marriage Created, Marriage Redeemed:  An Overview of Marital Counseling."
